finally we have ICS fully booted on the xperia play!!
This is a very alpha build!!

1) Flash 36 Baseband
2) Flash .42 Rom without Baseband
3) Flash kern3l on first page.
4) Wipe Cache and Data (Dont format system or wipe dalvik)
5) Install zip Update2.zip (Dont install UPDATE1 then UPDATE2)
6) Install zip dalvik cache thing
7) install zip NastyPlay
8) Install zip gapps (From arc section)
9) Reboot, when gets to usage screen, take battery out put back in boot.
