Japanese mobile operator NTT DOCOMO announced that he has reached a basic agreement with the five companies - Fujitsu Ltd., Fujitsu Semiconductor Ltd., NEC Corporation, Panasonic Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd to establish by the end of March 2012 a joint venture that does not use its own production facilities, which will develop and sell semiconductor products for mobile devices.
