BMR464 digital Point-of-Load voltage regulator named as a top-10 DC/DC power product by Electronic Products China
PMBus compliant and featuring flexible monitoring and control, BMR464 optimized for board power management and reduced power consumption
Ericsson recognized again as a leader in delivering best-in-class high-efficiency power solutions
Ericsson Power Modules has been named as a winner in the annual Electronic Products China Top Product Awards. Ericsson’s innovative BMR464 digital voltage regulator was named as the top 10 DC/DC power product by the magazine. The award, which Ericsson has been the recipient of before, is recognition of the company’s world-class expertise in consistently developing, year after year, innovative and highly efficient products that reduce the environmental impact of power conversion in electronic equipment.

“The BMR464 product represents a significant amount of teamwork worldwide, in design, development and marketing, and we all see this award as an important measure of success in our continuous efforts to deliver outstanding products to our customers," said Jianping Zheng, Head of Power Modules Sales and Marketing for Ericsson in Asia Pacific.

With unprecedented functionality, the BMR464 enables systems architects to fully monitor and dynamically control the energy that is delivered to processors, FPGAs, ASICs and other components, ensuring minimum energy consumption under all operating conditions.

Ericsson was the first company to launch digitally controlled POL (point-of-load) regulators based on a digital core controller. Through close cooperation with board and systems’ designers, the company was the first to release a 21st century power architecture that can be fully integrated into the rest of the digital chain of processors and associated components.
