HTC Corporation has announced that she has filed a lawsuit against Apple in International Trade Commission and U.S. federal court in Delaware for patent infringement by Apple, which took place, according to HTC, a product line of the Mac, Smartphone iPhone, iPad tablet and the iPod.



As noted by HTC, the patent issue is a range of functional capabilities that are embodied in a Mac from Apple, as well as in its mobile devices, which are an integral part of the user experience, including:



Wi-Fi capabilities

Technology embodied in the processors for communications devices, which provide seamless integration of functions of a mobile phone and PDA in one device, which is now called a smartphone.

Patent dispute concerns the U.S. Patent Nos. 7417944, 7672219 and 7765414.
