The device is made in monoblock form factor with 12-key keyboard. Model teXet TM-D205 has a number of advanced features in comparison with the TM-D105: 0,3-megapixel camera, support GPRS, WAP and MMS, as well as text files and more audio / video formats, plus there is a feature album. Also teXet TM-D205 can be used as a mobile modem for connecting to a PC or notebook, support for removable mass storage mode. At the end of the unit is located above the flashlight, which is activated by pressing and holding the central OK button.
