Operator MTS has chosen Belgacom International Carrier Services (BICS), a world leader in global solutions for mobile operators, as a single service provider to exchange signaling informatsiey1 between MTS and foreign operators, which are recorded in nets MTS roaming. BICS provides MTS access to its large-scale geographically-distributed network, which covers all continents and allows direct exchange of roaming signaling traffic in more than 540 mobile operators around the world. BICS use as a single signal provider to provide telecommunications services in the international roaming in MTS Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia and Uzbekistan will allow the operator to improve the quality of communications in the roaming and increase the reliability of providing voice services and data services.
