Today, Skype announced the Skype 2.5 update for Android, and confirmed that Xperia™ neo V and Xperia™ Live with Walkman also support video calling. This means Skype video calling is now available on all 7 Xperia™ devices with front camera, including the devices that have been supported in the previous releases – Xperia™ neo, Xperia™ pro, Xperia™ PLAY, Xperia™ mini pro, Xperia™ ray.
