HTC has officially unveiled its new budget model smartphone HTC Explorer, which runs the Android operating system and proprietary user interface HTC Sense.

HTC Explorer is equipped with a 600 MHz processor, 3.2-inch touchscreen HVGA resolution and a wide range of communication features, including support for work in 3G/HSPA and Wi-Fi networks, Bluetooth v3.0, and GPS.
