We have exciting news for all Xperia™ PLAY users and fans directly from Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, where Sony Ericsson is now showing some of the best selection of the growing ecosystem of more than 150 game titles optimized for PLAY.
Here are some of the news:
Although not news from Gamescom: Minecraft, from Mojang, is now available for Xperia™ PLAY on Android Market since August 15. You might remember Minecraft from E3 where we met Carl and Notch from Mojang, and I can say a lot of people, including myself, were expecting this game!
Also, we announced that FIFA 2012, from EA, will be available optimized for Xperia™ PLAY. Also from EA we will see Need fom Speed Hot Pursuit, and Dead Space.
New games from Sony Ericsson’s new developer program “Stand Out” are also starting to be available for Xperia™ PLAY. You can know more about the Stand Out (including really good videos of Lame Castle by Be-Rad Entertainmentand Hyperlight by Catfishblues Games) in the Developer World Blog.
