There's still no press release from Motorola regarding the new Moto Q 11, but the smartphone is pretty much official now, as specs, a launch date and a clear picture with it have popped up on Motorola's website.

Not too long ago, we've seen some live shots with Motorola Q 11, but there were only few details about it.

Now everything regarding the smartphone is clear and perhaps the best part of the news is that the smartphone will have an affordable price. Although this was not unveiled, so we don't know yet how much the Q 11 will cost.

The official specs of Moto Q 11 are:

  • Windows Mobile 6.1
  • Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity and no 3G
  • 2.4 inch TFT screen, 262K colors and 320 x 240 pixels

Moto Q 11 will be out in December 2008, but the markets to get it first are not known for now.

Well, the lack of 3G is definitely a downer for many users living in mature markets, but let's not forget that there are lots of countries where 3G is still a dream, so Motorola might still have a chance with its new Q 11.
