The latest HTC smartphone, Touch HD will be available unlocked in a couple of weeks, or via Orange, who offer it exclusively with a contract. Touch HD is already present on the Orange website, listed as a “coming soon” product and it’ll hit the UK in early November.

What makes the device so tempting is its 3.8 inch touchscreen (widescreen WVGA), support for Orange’s mobile TV service, a 5 megapixel auto focus camera and the beautiful TouchFLO 3D user interface. HTC Touch HD will be available exclusively through Orange till 2009 for $128 with an 18 months contract ($64 per month).

This contract includes the anytime mobile Internet browsing option (250MB per month) and you should know that the handset will take advantage of the 3G/HSDPA connectivity options via Orange’s fast network. Other specs of this handset include 512MB flash memory, 288MB RAM, GPS, Windows mobile 6.1 and a microSD slot.
