Boy Genius Report is reporting that HTC’s third quarter earnings are up 30%, due to the popularity of their Touch series devices. They did however suffer a 4.9% drop in profits due to shipment delays. This report means that HTC is right behind Nokia and RIM in terms of the largest makers of smartphones. Coupled with the new Treo Pro and the HTC Dream/G1 in the horizon, HTC seems set to dominate.
